All our lovely lingerie is sent via Royal Mail Tracked, so you can keep an eye on its journey to you.

You can expect your order to be delivered within 2-5 working days after it's been dispatched. We aim to get your goodies to you as quickly as possible!

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receiving them. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order is on its way.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we can't guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for any reason you're not, you can return unworn and unwashed items with all original tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

Yes, we do! If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please indicate this on your returns form. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
